We have worked with these groups to develop tools, such as the Nexus Capacity Scorecard below, which can support them to apply a systems approach, minimizing trade-offs and maximizing synergies in natural resources management.
We have also helped countries, institutions and individuals to increase capacity for implementing a systems approach, especially for those underrepresented in decision-making, such as women and youth. And following this month’s International Women’s Day, we are pleased to add a new section to this newsletter, showcasing how our team is working to help achieve gender equality, a facet that is embedded in all our work and is crucial for the success of the systems approach. |
