Summary:These data can be used to search for quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for resistance to the Rice hoja blanca disease: - Genotypic matrices of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data in four independent F2, F3 segregating populations of rice (Oryza sativa L.) derived from resistant x susceptible crosses, and in the four populations combined. - Phenotypic data of symptoms incidence and severity obtained by image analysis, in the same populations. They are formatted so they can be pasted directly into the MapDisto analysis software (http://mapdisto.free.fr). The data were generated at the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT), Cali, Colombia.
