Identification of non-commonly shared specific genes in wild and cultivated African rices and identification of its cradle of its domestication to be in the Inner Niger Delta
The current dispensable genome in cultivated and wild African rice varieties has been reached using short read sequencing. A validation using long read on a subsamples has been performed. Putative genes are annotated for their biological functions
