In 2020, 951 more accessions were genotyped , increasing the number of O. glaberrima accessions genotyped to 3,130, and the number of polymorphic markers to 9,990 SNPs. With the current dataset, the mini-core was revised and the revised list captured 98.5% of the SNP polymorphisms
