Poverty sensitive scorecard tool: combining risk scoring with poverty scoring to help lenders and policy makers prioritize development projects
The tool was tested in four Central American countries in 2011-2014 to select projects aiming to link farmers to markets (investment of USD 1.7 million; 6,000 beneficiaries) and by the Ministry of Finance in Peru in 2015-2016 to prioritize development projects (annual budget of USD 1 billion).
