RIAPA was developed in 2016-2017 through a partnership between IFPRI and the International Fund for Agricultural Development. It has been applied in Ghana, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Tunisia.
