The Workshop was supported financially by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA, Netherlands), the Centre for the Development of Enterprise (CDE, Belgium), and the Global Facilitation Unit for Underutilized Species (Italy). The workshop gathered 91 selected participants, from 4 continents (Africa, Asia, Europe and America) and 21 countries: Private companies manufacturing or/and trading processed food products and dietary supplementsScientists in agronomy, food technology or nutritionUse of Moringa and other leafy vegetables to prevent malnutrition;Local or international NGOs and farmers organisations involved in production, processing, trading and promoting Moringa leavesMediaOfficials
