  1. Development of a ptp2-LAMP assay for the specific and sensitive detection of Nosema apis and its comparison with ptp3-LAMP for the detection of Nosema ceranae, in a region endemi... por Lannutti, Lucas, Gisder, Sebastian, Florin-Christensen, Monica, Genersch, Elke, Schnittger, Leonhard

    Publicado 2025
“…The present study aimed to develop a LAMP protocol for N. apis based on the species-specific single copy polar tube protein 2 (ptp2) gene, and to analyze and compare its diagnostic performance with the previously developed polar tube protein 3 (ptp3) gene-based LAMP protocol for N. ceranae. …”

  2. Informing CAADP 2026–2035: What a decade of IFPRI Research in Africa tells us por Ulimwengu, John M., Hema, Aboubacar, Marivoet, Wim, Omamo, Steven Were

    Publicado 2025
“…Drawing from almost 5,700 publications between 2015 and 2025, and using a combination of natural language processing (NLP), deep learning algorithms and rule-based approaches, the review maps key findings against CAADP’s six strategic objectives: (1) intensifying sustainable food production, agro-industrialization, and trade; (2) boosting investment and financing for agrifood systems transformation; (3) ensuring food and nutrition security; (4) advancing inclusivity and equitable livelihoods; (5) building resilient agrifood systems; and (6) strengthening agrifood systems governance. …”

  3. Inheritance of resistance to yam mosaic virus, genus Potyvirus, in white yam (Dioscorea rotundata) por Mignouna, H., Njukeng, P., Abang, Mathew M., Asiedu, Robert

    Publicado 2001
“…Segregation ratios indicated that a single dominant gene in a simplex condition governs the resistance in TDr 89/01444, while the resistance in TDr 93–2 is associated with the presence of a major recessive gene in duplex configuration. Segregation of progeny of the cross TDr 93–1×TDr 87/00211 fitted a genetic ratio of 2.48:1 resistant:susceptible, which can be expected when two simplex heterozygotes are crossed, indicating the possible modifying effect of the susceptible parent. …”
