“…Se utilizó una estadística descriptiva y una prueba de T de Student, se empleó el método de muestreo no destructivo del frotiz con gaza y medios de cultivos para cada especie a evaluar; los datos fueron expresados en logaritmos de unidades formadoras de colonias por cm2 (log Ufc/cm2); los valores encontrados en promedio: 1.978 y 1.036 para coliformes totales; en el caso de coliformes fecales se reporta presencia de 20% para cerdos y 10% en vacunos por el contrario Salmonella sp. se detectó en 10% en porcinos a diferencia de vacunos que presenta 20% de dicha bacteria; las cuales fueron contrastadas con los limites microbiológicos establecidos por la NTP ISO 201.055.2003 obteniéndose un moderado grado de contaminación microbiana.…”
