“…Muestra algunos aspectos sobre la nutrición con Mg en cultivos de arroz de riego y secano, se hizo una discusió de las funciones del Mg y los síntomas de deficiencia en las plantas, lo cual se contrasta con la probabilidad de respuesta que puede ocurrir en los suelos de las clases I, II y III, que son los aptos para sembrar arroz y en los cuales se encontró que el mayor porcentaje de muestras analizadas tenían menos de 0.5 meq mg/100 g de suelo. Los resultados de investigación de los últimos 9 años sobre respuesta de diferentes variedades de arroz a la aplicación de Mg mostraron que existen diferencias varietales en los requerimientos de este elemento. …”
