  1. Utilization of mixed adsorbents to extend frying oil life cycle in poultry processing por Udomkun, Patchimaporn, Innawong, B., Siasakul, C., Okafor, C.

    Publicado 2018
“…The effects were studied of two different adsorbent combinations (com I; bentonite: activated carbon: celite = 3:4:1 and com II; bentonite: activated clay: celite = 3:4:1 + 1% citric acid) on the physico-chemical changes of oil used continuously for deep-fat frying of chicken drumsticks. …”

    Publicado 2017
“…This oil can be an important source of fat that can be used as a source of food to humans and/or a source of raw materials in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, to produce important commercial products. …”

  3. Effect of Diet Supplementation with Combinations of Soybean and Linseed Oils on Milk Production and Fatty Acid Profile in Lactating Dairy Ewes por Antonacci, Liliana Elisabet, Busetti, Margarita Rosa, Rodríguez, María Alejandra, Cano, Adriana Virginia, Gagliostro, Gerardo Antonio

    Publicado 2018
“…The n-6/n-3 ratio averaged 7.27 in Control milk and was reduced (p < 0.001) by oils reaching a minimum value of 1.89 in LO100. Feeding polyunsaturated oils at 7% of total dry matter (DM) intake did not affect the productive response of dairy ewes resulting in an effective tool to improve the healthy value of milk fat. …”

  4. Effects of feeding combinations of soybean and linseed oils on productive performance and milk fatty acid profile in grazing dairy cows por Antonacci, Liliana, Gagliostro, Gerardo Antonio, Cano, Adriana Virginia, Bernal, Claudio Adrián

    Publicado 2017
“…A net or conclusive response pattern over parameters that improve the healthy value of milk to soybean and linseed oils and their blends was not clearly detected. Taken together, the results suggest some advantage for the SO75:LO25 blend considering the relative costs of both oils, the positive effects on milk, fat and protein yields, the lower hypercholesterolemic FA content of milk and the increase in VA and RA content while maintaining a healthy n - 6/n - 3 ratio and very low levels of the detrimental trans-9 C18:1 and trans-10 C18:1 FA.…”

  5. Effects of palmitic and stearic acids supplementation on milk yield, composition and milk lipolysis in dairy cows por Robertsson, Caroline

    Publicado 2013
“…Palm oil containing high levels of C16:0 causes high levels of free fatty acids (FFA) which are linked to larger milk fat globules (MFG) which affect the reaction of lipolysis resulting in rancid flavour and processing problems. …”

Feeding Calcium Salts of Linseed Oil on Productive Performance and Milk Fatty Acid Profile in Grazing Dairy Cows por Moreno González, Yaliska, Iorio, Jesica, Olmeda, María Florencia, Curletto, Dino, Scandolo Lucini, Daniel Edgardo, Maciel, Martin Guillermo, Cuatrin, Alejandra, Palladino, Rafael Alejandro, Perez, Carolina Daiana, Salado, Eloy Eduardo

    Publicado 2020
“…The treatment × week interaction was significant (P < 0.05) for fat yield and content, with differences (P < 0.01) only in the 3rd week of the data collection period in favor of group C (1.39 vs. 1.13 kg·day-1 and 3.86% vs. 3.23% for fat yield and content, respectively). …”
