Hybrid-AI and Model Ensembling to Exploit UAV-Based RGB Imagery: An Evaluation of Sorghum Crop’s Nitrogen Content
Publicado 2024“…We collected 470 ground-truth N measurements and captured corresponding RGB images with a drone-mounted camera. We computed five RGB vegetation indices, employed several ML models such as MLR, MLP, and various CNN architectures (season 2021), and compared their prediction accuracy for N-inference on the independent test set (season 2022). …”

A study of BoLA class II antigens with BoT4+ T lymphocyte clones
Publicado 1987“…Lack of cytolysis of one of the targets, which was derived from the PBM of an animal carrying a class II determinant detected in proliferation assay, was explained by the total lack of expression of class II antigens on the target cell line in question, as determined with 4 class II‐specific monoclonal antibodies (mAb). We conclude that BoT4+ alloreactive clones provide a potentially useful and particularly discriminating way of detecting polymorphic class II antigens of cattle, especially when applied in assays of proliferative response to PBM.…”

Genetic analysis of resistance to fusarium root rot in common bean
Publicado 2011“…The non-maternal reciprocal effects in the F3 were significant (P < 0.05) in both the resistant × resistant diallel, and in the resistant × susceptible crosses. Mid-parent heterosis (MPH) occurred in most crosses, with average heterosis approximately equal in each of the three generations, indicating that epistasis was probably more influential than dominance of individual genes. …”

Economic injury levels for Asian citrus psyllid control in process oranges from mature trees with high incidence of huanglongbing
Publicado 2021“…The Asian citrus psyllid (ACP), Diaphorina citri Kuwayama, is the key pest of citrus wherever it occurs due to its role as vector of huanglongbing (HLB) also known as citrus greening disease. Insecticidal vector control is considered to be the primary strategy for HLB management and is typically intense owing to the severity of this disease. …”
