New cassava germplasm for food and nutritional security in central Africa
Publicado 2021“…At harvest, root yield and carotenoid content were measured. Best linear unbiased predictors showed the lowest breeding value for LMR with the cassava mosaic virus disease (+ 66.40 ± 2.42) compared with 1.00 ± 0.02% for the most susceptible improved genotype. …”

Impact of soil surface temperature on changes in the groundwater level
Publicado 2023“…The soil surface temperature data were collected from the Hydrometeorological Service Agency, whereas groundwater level data were obtained from the database of the Amelioration Expedition under the Amu-Bukhara Basin Irrigation Systems Authority. We used linear regression analysis and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) tests to establish the significance of the relationship between the soil surface temperature and groundwater level, as well as the impact of the location of the groundwater level measurements. …”

Potential allelopathic rice lines for weed management in Cambodian rice production
Publicado 2009“…In Cambodia, the planting of rice lines with a competitive and/or allelopathic ability would be a very useful way to supplement weed management in the rain‐fed, low‐input production systems. The present study examines a wide range of rice germplasm, mainly from Cambodia, and uses a series of bioassay techniques to identify those that might have a weed growth‐suppressing, allelopathic trait. …”

Enhancing phenotyping accuracy for selection of Urochloa tolerant genotypes to red spider mite (Oligonychus trichardti)
Publicado 2025“…Plant damage quantification involved visual assessment using a severity scale (AVR) and two high‐throughput digital image analysis methodologies: one based on the threshold establishment in the RGB colour space (DTR) and another one based on image quantisation using three colour subsets (DQU). A linear regression of these methodologies demonstrated that the DTR methodology is more accurate and has higher concordance with the visual assessments, hence chosen for selecting tolerant genotypes. …”

Development of nanobody-displayed whole-cell biosensors for the colorimetric detection of SARS-CoV‑2
Publicado 2023“…The colorimetric signal was generated by the enzymatic reaction of HRP and its corresponding colorimetric substrate/chromogen system. At the optimal conditions, the developed whole-cell biosensor enables the sensitive detection of SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins in a linear range from 0.01 to 1 μg/mL with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.037 μg/mL (about 4 × 108 virion particles/mL). …”
