  1. Integrated approach for detection of nonculturable cells of Ralstonia solanacearum in asymptomatic Pelargonium spp. cuttings por Marco-Noales, Ester, Bertolini, Edson, Morente, Clara, López, María M.

    Publicado 2017
“…This method was selected as the most sensitive one, able to detect only 1 cell/ml including, non-culturable cells. When isolation is negative but Co-PCR is positive, the bioassay in tomato plants is proposed, since stressed bacterial cells or those present in low numbers that do not grow on solid media can be recovered from inoculated tomato plants and retain pathogenicity. …”

  2. Mature seeds for in vitro sanitation of the Grapevine leafroll associated virus (GLRaV-1 and GLRaV-3) from grape (Vitis vinifera L.) por Peiró, Rosa, Gammoudi, Najet, Yuste, Alberto, Olmos, Antonio, Gisbert, Carmina

    Publicado 2017
“…Unopened and opened inflorescences, fecundated ovaries, and, also, mature seeds were used as starting explants. Explants were cultured on plates with two embryogenesis induction media (Nitsch & McCown Woody plant medium) that contained the growth regulator thidiazuron and differed in their salt and vitamin compositions. …”

  4. In vivo and in vitro screening for resistance against Penicillium allii in garlic accessions por Salinas Palmieri, Maria Cecilia, Cavagnaro, Pablo

    Publicado 2019
“…‘Castaño’ and ‘Peteco’ were consistently the most resistant and susceptible genotypes, respectively. Culture media of the fungus supplemented with crude garlic extracts (CGEs) revealed significant inhibition of P. allii growth in vitro by all the garlic accessions, with fungal-growth inhibition being dose-dependent up to a concentration of 20–26% (v/v), beyond which the CGEs became fungicidal. …”

    Publicado 2020
