Trots att in vitro-metoden uppvisade en större variation mellan replikat och att värden från in vitro-metoden passade sämre med smältbarhetsmodellen än in situ-metodens värden, visades en god korrelation mellan de båda metoderna vad gäller potentiellt nedbrytbar och icke nedbrytbar NDF. …”
