“…Se usó el VAMPP® para la recolección de datos de celos y servicios, se analizaron los parámetros reproductivos por medio de estadística descriptiva, Statistical Analysis System, Statistical Package for Social Science y Win Epi TASAS, y se realizó un análisis económico; la GnRH aplicada a los 12 días pos inseminación artificial: tuvo un efecto en el total de servicios efectuados por concepción (2.58 comparado con 5.83), porcentaje de preñez (54.54 comparado con 27.27) y porcentaje de preñez al primer servicio (26.36 comparado con 6.66), segundo servicio (35.71 comparado con 28.57), más de dos servicios (22.22 comparado con 10) y se redujo los costos de cubrición en un 67.82%, la aplicación de GnRH y PGF2a aplicadas en el puerperio no ayudó a prevenir las infecciones uterinas y no tuvo efecto en los intervalos: parto primer celo, primer y segundo celo, parto primer servicio, días abiertos y entre partos esperado; se recomienda realizar estudios para evaluar el efecto de cada aplicación y sus combinaciones, identificar folículos con más de 15 mm para la aplicación de GnRH a los 12 días pos inseminación artificial, aumentar el tamaño de muestra, mejorar el control de la detección de celo y tomar la condición corporal posparto.…”
