“…El presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo en 3 caballerizas ubicadas en la región tres del mapa epidemiológico del IPSA (Nejapa, Cuidad Sandino y Los Brasiles), con el objetivo de comparar la capacidad diagnóstica o sensibilidad en la detección de hemopatógenos con técnicas de tinción Giemsa, Wright y Diff-Quick® Se realizó un estudio experimental de tipo descriptivo en el periodo de febrero a mayo del 2020, se diseñaron tres instrumentos para la recolección de los datos (entrevista, ficha clínica, hoja de reporte post análisis), posteriormente se efectuó una visita a cada una de las caballerizas en la cual se llevó a cabo la entrevista con el responsable de área o encargado de estas, además del chequeo completo de los pacientes, tomas de muestras que fueron remitidas a laboratorio y se realizaron las pruebas de tinción ( Giemsa, Wright, Diff –Quick®). …”
