“…Las principales especies de bacterias que se aislaron fueron: Proteus mirabilis (19%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa y Staphylococcus pseudintermedius (15) y Pseudomona aeruginosa más Proteus spp (10%). 13 agentes resultaron tener sensibilidad ante la enrofloxacina; presentando Serratia marcescen un 100%, Pseudomona aeruginosa más Escherichia coli un 50%. 12 agentes presentaron sensibilidad a ceftriaxona; de los cuales resultaron con mayor sensibilidad Proteus vulgaris y Klebsiella pneumoniae con un 33%, Escherichia coli 29%, y Staphylococcus pseudintermeius más Proteus spp; Pseudomona aeruginosa más Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae más Staphylococcus pseudintermeius con un 25%. 10 agentes resultaron sensibles a gentamicina; Pseudomona aeruginosa más Proteus spp. con un 40%, Pseudomona aeruginosa 29%, Pseudomona aeruginosa más Escherichia coli y Klebsiella pneumoniae más Staphylococcus pseudintermeius.Los mecanismos de resistencias que presentaron las bacterias aisladas durante el estudio, fueron: heteroresistencia (53%), cefalosporinas mediadas cromosómicamente (AmpC) o cefalosporinasas (33%) y betalactamasas de espectro extendido (BLEE) (11%).…”
