    “…After evaluating drying at three temperatures (35 ᵒC, 40 ᵒC and 45 ᵒC), the results showed that the higher the drying temperature, the faster the drying process was, and the final product characteristics depended on the drying temperature, especially in texture terms. Drying at 35 ᵒC resulted in a product with similar physico-chemical attributes to those achieved by the natural drying method, but in a much shorter time, which improves the commercial viability of this treatment.…”
