“…La provincia de Leoncio Prado se encuentra ubicada en la zona denominada bosque húmedo muy subtropical (bmh -ST) con temperaturas que oscilan entre los 18 a 35 °C y se caracteriza por ser una zona potencialmente agrícola y muy variante en su ámbito geográfico, haciendo que sea muy complejo el estudio de su climatología y el manejo agrícola, es por ello que se propone la instalación de una sub estación termo pluviométrica en el sector Huamancoto, con la finalidad de realizar estudios agro meteorológicos, interconectar la red de sub estaciones existentes y prevenir desastres naturales: El propósito de elaborar, analizar y proponer la instalación de una sub estación termo pluviométrica en el sector Huamancoto, es el objetivo general de la tesis y los específicos son: delimitación del ámbito de acción de la sub estación, desarrollo y análisis del diagnóstico socioeconómico del ámbito de acción y la propuesta de instalación y equipamiento de la sub estación mediante el sistema nacional de inversiones públicas, (SNIP). …”
