Mitochondrial DNA D-loop sequences reveal the genetic diversity of African chicken
Publicado 2006“…Fifty-two haplotypes were identified from 50 polymorphic sites with polymorphism between nucleotides 167 and 397 contributing to 96% of the variation. Phylogenetic analysis indicates that African domestic chicken mtDNA can be grouped into six distinct clades with one to four clades observed in populations. …”

mRNA biogenesis-related helicase eIF4AIII from Arabidopsis thaliana is an important factor for abiotic stress adaptation
Publicado 2017“…In this article, we integrated evolutionary and functional approaches to have a better understanding of eIF4AIII function in plants. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the mRNA biogenesisrelated helicase eIF4AIII is the ortholog of the stress-related helicases PDH45 from Pisum sativum and MH1 from Medicago sativa, suggesting evolutionary and probably functional equivalences between mRNA biogenesis and stress-related plant helicases. …”

Detection and molecular characterization of a phytoplasma affecting Prunus persica L. in Jujuy, Argentina
Publicado 2018“…The RFLP profile of PCR products, amplified with R16F2n/R16R2 primers, shows that this phytoplasma, named Argentinean Peach Yellows (ArPY), belongs to subgroup 16Sr III-B. The phylogenetic analysis of the 1244 bp 16S rDNA cloned sequence, grouped the ArPY phytoplasma into the X-disease group with a closer relationship with CFSD, PssWB and ChTDIII phytoplasmas. …”
