  1. Diversity structure of the microbial communities in the guts of four neotropical termite species por Vikram, Surendra, Arneodo Larochette, Joel Demian, Calcagno, Javier, Ortiz, Maximiliano, Mon, Maria Laura, Etcheverry, Clara, Cowan, Donald, Talia, Paola Mónica

    Publicado 2021
“…In summary, higher microbial diversity was recorded in termites with more versatile feeding sources, providing further evidence that diet, along with other factors (e.g., host taxonomy), influences the microbial community assembly in the termite gut.…”

  2. Cattle are a potential reservoir of bubaline herpesvirus 1 (BuHV1) por Maidana, Silvina Soledad, Delgado, Fernando Oscar, Vagnoni, Lucas Emilio, Mauroy, Axel, Thiry, Etienne, Romera, Sonia Alejandra

    Publicado 2017
“…Sentinel calves showed mucosal specific IgG1 antibodies at seven days postcontact. Viral DNA was detected by PCR and sequencing in both buffaloes and sentinel calves, which could be associated with latency. …”

  3. Fungicide resistance in Cercospora species causing cercospora leaf blight and purple seed stain of soybean in Argentina por Sautua, Francisco José, Doyle, Vinson P., Price, Paul P., Porfiri, Alejandro, Fernandez, Paula Del Carmen, Scandiani, María Mercedes, Carmona, Marcelo Anibal

    Publicado 2022
“…Interestingly, all isolates were completely resistant to azoxystrobin, trifloxystrobin, and pyraclostrobin, and insensitive to boscalid, fluxapyroxad, and pydiflumetofen (EC50 > 100 µg/ml). The G143A mutation was detected in 82% (53) of the QoI-resistant isolates and the E198A mutation in 97% (31) of the carbendazim-resistant isolates. …”

  4. Growing location and root maturity impact on the phenolic compounds, antioxidant activity and nutritional profile of different sweet potato genotypes por Pazos, Juliana, Zema, Paula, Corbino, Graciela Beatriz, Gabilondo, Julieta, Borioni, Rodrigo Hector Ezequ, Malec, Laura

    Publicado 2022
“…Orange-fleshed cultivars showed the highest protein percentages (6.0–11.7 %) and carotenoid contents ranging between 310 and 1012 µg β-carotene/g dw, with more than 90 % β-carotene. These findings could help to promote the cultivation of local genotypes with high added value.…”

  5. Integrating critical values of soil drivers for mitigating GHGs: An assessment in a sugarcane cropping system por Chalco Vera, Jorge Elías, Curti, Ramiro Nestor, Acreche, Martin Moises

    Publicado 2022
“…The critical values of soil variables that defined the terminal groups with the highest fluxes were soil temperature (>19 °C) and GSM (>35.2%) for CO2, GSM (>29.2%) and SIN (≤1.1 ppm) for N2O, and GSM (>24.9 °C), SBD (>0.98 g cm−3) and SIN (>1.82 ppm) for CH4. Trade-offs were found among GHGs: N2O emissions were high and CO2 emissions were low when GSM and soil temperature ranged from 29 to 35% and 14–19 °C, respectively (moderate values). …”

The localization of a heterologous displayed antigen in the baculovirus-budded virion determines the type and strength of induced adaptive immune response por Tavarone, Maria Eugenia, Molina, Guido Nicolas, Amalfi, Sabrina, Peralta, Andrea Veronica, Molinari, Maria Paula, Taboga, Oscar Alberto, Diaz, Silvio Ricardo, Gravisaco, María José

    Publicado 2017
“…In the case of expression on the surface of budded virions, for example, researchers have expressed polypeptides in peplomers as GP64 glycoprotein fusions or distributed throughout the entire surface by fusions to portions of the G protein of vesicular stomatitis virus, VSV. …”
