The objectives of this project are: Increased total production of fresh cow milk; and efficient and effective marketing systems for domestic milk output. The table of contents includes: I) Background; II) The national economy; II) The agricultural sector; IV) The project: general and specific objectives, project outputs, marketing, technical cooperation, the farm models, project components, and project implementation; V) Project benefits, costs and technical feasibility justification; IV) Preconditioning policy measures, and VII) Salient ussues and recommendations.
