After a diagnostic assessment of the agricultural sector the CLAP considers the normative targets set by the country and matches these with the philosophy, objetives, strategies and lines of action of IICA. El Plan de Acción a Nivel País (CLAP) tiene como objetivo sistematizar y ubicar en perspectiva ordinal la situación agrícola de un país, como base para la determinación de programas y proyectos de participación del IICA en cada país.
