Yi He (, née ; born c. 1986) is a Chinese-born business executive. She is a co-founder of the cryptocurrency exchange and, since December 2025, has served as its co-chief executive officer (CEO), alongside Richard Teng.

Previously, she served as Binance's chief marketing officer and one of its most senior public-facing executives. Since August 2022 she has headed YZi Labs, formerly known as Binance Labs, a venture capital firm and family office associated with Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao that invests in Web3, artificial intelligence and biotechnology companies.
