Xavier Tebas Medrano, better known as Javier Tebas (; born 31 July 1962), is a Spanish lawyer and the president of Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional, the association responsible for administering Spain's two highest-tier professional football leagues. First elected in April 2013, he was re-elected for a fourth term in December 2023 until 2027.
