Sophie Dahl (born Sophie Holloway on 15 September 1977) is an English writer and former fashion model. She began her writing career with the novella ''The Man with the Dancing Eyes'' (2003) and the novel ''Playing With the Grown-ups'' (2007). This was followed by her debut cookbook ''Miss Dahl's Voluptuous Delights'' (2009), which formed the basis for the BBC Two cooking show ''The Delicious Miss Dahl'' (2010).
